Volta Region based Havedzi Warriors have emerged as champions of the maiden edition of the Calbank Super League on Sunday afternoon.

The Might Warriors comfortably trounced Marine Stars from the Central Region 10:0 in the finals held at the Oasis Beach in Cape Coast today.
The two-day competition which was participated by eight clubs from four regions (Western, Central, Greater Accra and Volta Region) saw Copa Lagos champions Keta Sunset Sports placing third after smashing La Youth Club Association 4:1 in the third place play off.
Havedzi Warriors took home a cash prize of GH¢ 3,000, medals and the giant trophy while Marine Stars pocketed GH¢ 2, 000 and medals for finishing as the first runners up.
The overall best goalkeeper of the tournament went to Havedzi Warriors netminder Robert Nyadedor whiles the topscorer awards went to Theophilus Abaidoo (Marine Stars) and Eugene Dekpey (Havedzi Warriors) for scoring seven goals each.
