Hearts of Oak assistant coach Hamza Obeng has been ordered by the Ghana FA to former club Medeama Sporting Club Gh¢37,500 for breach of contract.
This was after the Tarkwa-based club dragged the enterprising gaffer to the Ghana FA Statutes Committee after Hamza resigned from his position at the club.[ads2]
Hamza Obeng relinquished his position at the club on March 16, joining his boss Samuel Boadu at Hearts of Oak.
Medeama SC in their statement to the Ghana FA Statutes Committee were demanding Gh¢90,000 but was rejected.[ads3]
But in their ruling on Monday, the Ghana FA Statutes Committee has ordered Hamza Obeng to pay Gh¢37,500 to Medeama Sporting Club for breach of contract.
In other development, coach Samuel Boadu has also been ordered by the Ghana FA to pay Gh¢30,000 to Medeama SC for breaching of contract.[ads4]
