Former Berekum Chelsea midfielder Gladson Awako is reportedly joining Great Olympics ahead of the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.

Kyfilla.com can report, that the 28-year old midfielder has begun talks with ‘Oly Dade’ for a possible return to the Ghana Premier League.
The former Ghana U20 star has been unattached after parting ways with American club Phoenix Rising in 2018.
Awako per report, has reached the apex of negotiations with Great Olympics and will be announced as the new signing for the club in the coming days.
Great Olympics have already signed Emmanuel Clottey and former Aduana Stars and Karela United skipper Godfred Saka to boost their squad for the upcoming league season.

Gladson Awako was part of the Ghana U20 team that won both the 2009 Africa Youth Championship in Rwanda and FIFA U20 World Cup in Egypt.
He has previously played for Wa All Stars, Berekum Chelsea, Hearts of Lions, Real Sportive, TP Mazambe and Phoenix Rising in the United States.
