The Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU), Alhaji Abbas Ibrahim Moro, has pleaded with commuters not to beat commercial drivers who refuse to comply with a 15% reduction in transport fares announced by the Union.
Ghanaians are massively enjoying as the government has taken drastic measures to reduce transportation fares. This happened after the dollar appreciated the Ghanaian Cedis.
The appreciation of the Cedis has seen several commodities being reduced recently and the latest addition of the reductions is the transportation which is the catalyst of increment of commodities.
