Ghana’s leading gold mining company, Goldfields will serve as the headline sponsor for the 2019 Western Region Invitational Tournament, Kyfilla.com can exclusively report.
Kyfilla.com can exclusively report that, the mining firm have accepted to be the headline sponsor for the eight-team tournament.
The tournament which was initially scheduled for 13-22nd September, has been rescheduled to September 20-29.

The eight clubs to partake in the tournament include; Medeama Sporting Club, Karela United, Elmina Sharks, Sekondi Hasaacas, Proud United, Skyy FC, Samartex FC and Sekondi Eleven Wise.
Goldfields Ghana is the largest gold producer in the country currently, with annual production in excess of 935,000 ounces from it’s two operating mines at Damang and Tarkwa.
