The Ghana National Petroleum Cooperation (GNPC) has been handed the best learning and development strategy award.
This was at the just ended HR Role Model Excellence Award held in Accra on August 27, 2021 hosted by Alica Consulting.
The awards scheme is to celebrate the many achievements of organisations and individuals who have pushed the boundaries of people strategy over the last year, despite significant challenges. It is also a platform for human resource practitioners to shine in the spotlight.[ads4]
GNPC was acknowledged for its learning and development strategy, which is anchored on four thematic areas, namely – training and leadership development programme, competency management programme, knowledge management programme and GNPC Anchorage Programme, with a proven record of achieving talent development objectives effectively.
