The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has dismissed Sekondi Hasaacas protest against Swedru All Blacks.
Sekondi Hasaacas petitioned the Ghana FA to declare Swedru All Blacks losers in their matchday 30 fixture the division one league after failing to submit an audited account for the 2021/22 league season.
In their defence , Swedru All Blacks contended that the account was sent to the Ghana FA on October 27, 2021 and prayed to the Disciplinary Committee of the GFA to dismiss the protest filed by Hasaacas.
A release from the Ghana FA state that after a thorough observation by its Disciplinary Committee came to realised that Hasaacas rather failed to submit their audited account for the season and not Swedru All Blacks.
After dismissing the protest , the Ghana FA has fined Sekondi Hasaacas Gh¢1000.00 in accordance with Article 35(14) of the division one league regulations.
The verdict means Hasaacas have been relegated to the division two after finishing 14th on the zone two table of the division one league.
