The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has banned the chief executive officer of Wamanafo Mighty Royals Daniel Asante and assistant coach Stephen Gurah from all football activities for the rest of the season.[ads2]
A statement on the GFA website reads, “The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Wamanafo Mighty Royals FC Daniel Asante and the Assistant Coach of the Club Stephen Gurah have both been fined GHC5000 and banned from all football related activities for the rest of the 2020/21 league season”[ads3]
“The two club officials were found to have misconducted themselves in the Division One League match between Wamanafo Mighty Royals and Bofoakwa Tano FC on March 28 at the Wamanafo Community park.”[ads4]
