Aduana Stars defender, Farouk Adams has finally returned to training for the very first time after his court case.
The dependable defender trained with his teammates on Friday as the team prepares for league game against Eleven Wonders in Techiman.[ads2]
This was the first time that Farouk Adams trained with the entire Aduana Stars squad after being granted bail by the Berekum Circuit Court.
It would be recalled that Farouk Adams was arrested by the police months ago for hitting a police constable with his car and leaving the officer to death.
The unfortunate ‘hit and run’ incident occurred in Dormaa Ahenkro in the Bono East Region.[ads3]
According to reports, Adams hit the police officer who had closed from a shift at Asuotiano – Berekum road.
He was made to spend two weeks in remand but was granted bail after a court hearing.[ads4]
His return to training comes as great boost for Aduana Stars who have been struggling defensively during his absence.
It is not clear whether Farouk Adams will be ready for Techiman Eleven Wonders clash on Saturday..[ads5]
