Ghana Premier League heavyweight, Hearts of Oak are close to signing a talented striker from Comoros Island.
According to sources, the unnamed striker has landed in Ghana and currently training with the Phobians.
It is believed that, the technical team of Hearts of Oak led by coach Samuel Boadu are impressed with the performance of the striker and a deal could be reached in the next coming days.
Should the deal materialized, it will be the first time that the Ghana Premier League champions have signed a player from the East African country.
Even though a deal is yet to be reached, it is believed that the top hierarchy at Hearts of Oak have tipped this unnamed player as the right material to solidify the team’s attacking force which boat of Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Isaac Mensah, Isaac Agyenim Boateng and host of others.
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak currently sit seventh on the Ghana Premier League with 27 points after seventeen matches, twelve points away from bitterest rivals and league leaders Asante Kotoko.
