Asante Kotoko are set to add to their squad Nkoranza Warriors skipper Emmanuel Sarkodie.

According to a report by Kumasi based Fox FM, Kotoko have concluded talks with the budding midfielder, pending medicals.
Per the report, Sarkodie is expected to land in Kumasi latest by the close of Thursday to undergo medicals.
Sarkodie was heavily linked to Hearts of Oak who even wrote to the management of Nkoranza Warriors for the service of the defensive midfielder.
With the news coming in, it seems like Hearts of Oak chances of signing the sensational midfielder looks slimmer as Kotoko have already finalized talks with him.

Sarkodie has become the apple in the eyes of both Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak following his spectacular performance for Nkoranza Warriors in the division one league campaign.
He magnificently won four consecutive man-of-the-match awards in this season division one league, a feast no player in the domestic league has achieved this season.
