Enterprising football administrator, Bismark Owusu Mensah has resigned as Executive Committee member of the Western Region Football Association.
Kyfilla.com can confirm the 2019 Western Region FA presidential aspirant and co-owner of division two side Bis Paradise, tendered in his resignation letter on Saturday, November 19, 2021.[ads2]
In the letter sighted by Kyfilla.com, Mr. Owusu Mensah stated issues of manipulation, irregularities at the association as reason for his resignation.

The Western Region FA has been under serious backlash recently after its super middle league at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
It came out that Bis Paradise filed a protest against Eleven Wise for fielding unqualified player and Eleven Wise were denied the opportunity for playing against Holy Stars in the final of the competition after losing the protest.[ads3]
Surprisingly, news emerged that Bis Paradise who were supposed to have played against Holy Stars in the final of the super middle league after being declared winners of the protest, earlier attempted withdrawing the case but were allegedly prevented by some officials of the association.[ads4]
Subsequently, Holy Stars, a team which belongs to the Chairman of the association Simon Ehomah were declared winners of the competition after Bis Paradise failed to show up for the final.
This brought the association under serious backlashes as many were of the believe that the decision to declare Holy Stars as unjust and inappropriate.[ads5]
