Coach Ibrahim Tanko has named a 21-member squad to represent Ghana in the upcoming Africa U23 Cup of Nations in Egypt.

After series of preparations at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram, the final 21-member squad for the tournament has been announced.
Asante Kotoko trio of Kwame Baah, Ibrahim Danlard and Habib Mohammed made the final squad despite Kotoko ongoing CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
Richmond Ayi and William Dankyi of Hearts of Oak also made the final cut alongside Evans Osei Wusu of Tema Youth.
Ghana will face Cameroon in their opening game on November 8 before facing host country Egypt and Mali.

The tournament has been scheduled to start on November 8 and end at November 22, 2019.
The top three teams will automatically get the chance to play in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
