The staff of the Western Regional Sports Authority on Friday, July 26, 2019 engaged in a massive clean-up exercise within and outside the Sekondi Sports Stadium. Over fifty staff members of the Directorate overwhelmingly took part in the clean-up exercise. The exercise led by Mr Joseph Alabi Bortey, Ag. Regional Sports Director, was concentrated on painting the walls, mobbing the hooks and cranes of the stadium especially, conference rooms, weeding the surroundings, fixing of broken pipes and scrubbing the washrooms.
