Head coach of the Black Galaxies of Ghana, Annor Walker has named the country’s provisional squad for the 2023 Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament in Algeria.[ads2] Ghana secured a qualification to the tournament after beating Nigeria 5-4 on penalty-shootout at the Moshood Abiola Stadium on September 3. Coach Annor Walker has named a 40-man provisional squad for the tournament with Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan missing out.[ads3] Ghana has returned to the competition after an eight years absence.
