French President Emmanuel Macron has been slapped during a walkabout session with a crowd in southeast France. In video circulating on social media, Macron was shaking hands with the crowd where man in the crowd slapped him in the face. Immediately, the entourage of the President quickly brought the man down and Macron was sent out of the scene. He has gone to the Southeast part of France to interact with students and restaurants on how the country is returning to normal life after the coronavirus pandemic where the incident happened.
