The 25-year old has obtained the license after three weeks of residential course.[ads2] Payne completed the course weeks ago and currently working with a Brazilian Soccer School in Istanbul, Turkey.[ads3] He played for Sekondi Hasaacas in the 2012/2013 season before traveling abroad.
