Namibia were able to beat Black Stars B 4:2 on penalty shootouts to lift the Dr. Hage Geingob Cup after the entire minutes ended 1:1 on Saturday. The Namibians had the opener in the cagey encounter but Shafiu Mumuni had the equalizer for Ghana at the Sam Nijoma Stadium.
