The Chief Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS), Mr Frank Quist today signed the mandatory performance agreement contract with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) in Accra. All Chief Directors, per this OHSC statutory requirements, are expected to sign a performance contract in which the targets for their annual assessment are spelt out.
