Ashanti Gold public relations officer Daniel Bioh has confirmed that experienced defender, Tijani Joshua has finally been allowed to leave the club.
The 27-year old left-back, has finally been permitted to leave the club after refusing to renew his contract with the Obuasi based club.
According to Daniel Bioh, the management of Ashanti Gold have agreed to let go the defender after six years stay.
“Tijani Joshua has refuse contract renewal and he want a new challenge. We wish him well in his next step”, Bioh told Storm FM.
Tijani Joshua joined the Miners from fellow premiership side Wa All Stars in July, 2013 after an illustrious seasons with the Wa based club.
