Ashanti Gold have arrived in Ghana safely after CAF Confederation Cup game against Akonangui FC on Saturday.
The Miners held Akonangui FC to a 1:1 stalemate at the Ebebeyin Stadium in the first-leg of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Richard Osei Agyemang netted the opener for Ashanti Gold in the 55th minute before Diosando Mbele snatched parity for the Ebebeyin based club in the 75th minute.
Coach Ricardo Da Rocha’ side arrived in Obuasi this evening to continue preparations for the return leg fixture.

The return leg has been slated for August 27 at the Lenclay Sports Stadium in Obuasi.
