Ghana Premier League side Ashanti Gold have landed in Equatorial Guinea ahead of Akonangui FC clash on this weekend.
The Miners will face the Equatorial Guinea side in the first-leg of the CAF Confederation Cup this weekend before the reverse fixture in Obuasi.
Kyfilla.com understands, the team touched down in Malabo earlier this evening and will begin training on Friday ahead of the Akonangui FC duel.
Ashanti Gold qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup after winning the NC Special Competition tier 2 while Akonangui FC were the champions of the Equatorial Guinea FA Cup.
