Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfielder, Richard Senanu has finally been granted visa to undergo surgery in Germany, can exclusively report.
Senanu sustained an injury during Asante Kotoko CAF Confederation Cup game against Zesco United and has since been in the treatment room nursing his injury.
The midfielder was supposed to have left Ghana for Germany on June 22, 2019 but was denied visa due to issues surrounding his document.
According to source close to the midfielder, the German Embassy has finally granted the crooked enforcer visa, authorizing him to enter the country for his surgery.
He is supposed to travel to Germany alongside a rep from the Asante Kotoko medical team and will use six weeks for rehab.
Meanwhile, Kumasi Asante Kotoko have qualified for next season’s CAF Champions League and will need the services of the midfielder who prior to his injury was exceptional for the Porcupine Warriors in the last season’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
