Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have announced the departure of striker Michael Vinicius.
This is after the club decided to terminate the contract of the Brazilian forward on mutual basis.
Ass earlier reported by Kyfilla.com, Asante Kotoko have terminated the two and half years contract of the striker after just three months.
A statement from Kotoko explain that Vinicius asked for a leave to travel back to Brazil to solve some personal and family issues hence the reason behind his absence from the team’s training for the past weeks.
He has not featured for Kotoko since their game against Ebusua Dwarfs in week 24 of the Ghana Premier League.
Vinicius joined the Porcupines on a two and half year deal in March prior to the start of the second round of the ongoing league season.
He managed to score two goals for Asante Kotoko in four matches.
