Ghana head coach Milovan Rajevac has said his side are determined to prove doubters wrong in the ongoing AFCON 2021.
Most Ghanaians have expressed their disbelief in the Ghana squad as many exclude the four-time AFCON champions in list of favorite countries to win the prestigious tournament.[ads2]
But the Serbian tactician believes he has a good squad that will go far in the tournament and probably end the 40-year drought of not winning the giant trophy.
“Nobody believes us. Nobody rates us as favorites for this tournament but we are here to prove them wrong. It’s good for us”[ads3]
Ghana face Morocco in first game of the tournament at the Ahmadou Ahidjio Sports Stadium on Monday evening.
