Senegal will be missing three key players in their clash today against Algeria.
The three key players who started their opening game against Tanzania have been ruled out of their second group game against Algeria today.
Shalke 04 defender Salif Sane who couldn’t last the full throttle in their game against Tanzania due to an injury, per report from the camp of the Taranga Lions, will be sidelined in today’s cracker against Riyad Mahrez led Algeria team.
Ismaila Sarr who plays his professional football in the French Ligue 1 for Stade Rennais will also be out of action for Senegal alongside Everton’s Gana Gueye.
Meanwhile, captain Sadio Mane who couldn’t start the first game due to suspension will be available for selection today.
Senegal won their first game against the Taifa Stars of Tanzania by 2:0 and will look forward to join Nigeria and Egypt in the knockout phase by smashing Algeria today at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo, Egypt.
