Ivorian international Adingra Bidodane Moussa has threatened to take legal actions against Asante Kotoko over unpaid sign-on fee.
The 26-year old signed a three-year year deal with the Ghana Premier League side but his contract was terminated just after one week.
The former Lobi Stars goal poacher has threatened to drag the Porcupine Warriors to FIFA should the Reds fail to pay him a compensation.
“I want to meet the chairman of Asante Kotoko to discuss the issue, if they give me a compensation package, fine I will agree and sign the termination contract but if not, I will take my ticket and go back home and take the case to FIFA”, Adingra Bidodane told Nhyira FM.
“I came to Asante Kotoko and they looked at me at the training. They signed me for 3 years. I played my first game at training and scored two goals.
“I was at the Asante Kotoko secretariat when the management told me they want to terminate my contract. I told them why and they said I have a medical problem. I quickly reacted, “me Adingra have a medical problem”.
“After telling me I have a medical problem, I challenged them and they later came back and told me they are terminating the contract for non-performance. I didn’t understand them because when I played the training match, I scored two goals so where from the non-performance- he concluded.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko are preparing for the next season’s CAF Champions League campaign and will play their first game on August 9, 2019.
