Ghana Premier league powerhouse, Asante Kotoko have reportedly rekindled interest in Ugandan striker Stephen Dese Mukwala.
The Porcupines nearly landed the signature of the deadly goal scorer last year but the deal collapsed due to differences in fees.[ads2]
But the Kumasi-based club have reportedly returned to the negotiation table with the Ugandan as they seek to bolster squad for the upcoming league season.
The 22-year old has been earmarked as the right replacement for Kwame Opoku who left last season for Algerian outfit USM Alger.[ads3]
Dese Mukwala is currently with Uganda Revenue Authority SC and has been phenomenal in the Ugandan league.
He spent the 2019/20 league season with Maroon FC on loan from Vipers and was crowned the Uganda Premier league topscorer with 13 goals in 23 appearances.
He finished last season with Uganda Revenue Authority as the topscorer again, netting 14 times in 24 matches…[ads5]
