Reigning Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak have reportedly signed Great Olympics midfielder Gladson Awako.
The 31-year old is reported to have signed a two-year deal with the Phobians after an excellent performance in this season’s Ghana Premier league.[ads2]
He becomes the first signing for Hearts of Oak since they were crowned champions of the Ghana Premier League this season.

Awako shone in the league with seven goals and assisted six in as many games. Also, he was awarded man of the match four times plus two player of the month awards.[ads3]
His inclusion will strengthen the Hearts of Oak midfield that comprise of Benjamin Afutu, Emmanuel Nettey, Frederick Ansah Botchway and host of others.
The former Ghana U20 world cup winner has joined Hearts of Oak ahead of the next season’s CAF Champions League.[ads5]
