Hearts of Oak were eager to sign the youngster in the ongoing transfer window as they augment squad for the league season.
According to information, Hearts of Oak have decided to look elsewhere since management of Asokwa Deportivo are unwilling to negotiate with the Phobians.
Emmanuel Osei caught the eye of Hearts of Oak following his spectacular performance for Asokwa Deportivo in the division one league this season.

With his incredible performance, Hearts of Oak were poised to land the signature of the midfielder despite boasting of the likes of Emmanuel Nettey, Frederick Ansah Botchwey, Benjamin Afutu, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen among others.
Emmanuel Osei played an integral role when Asokwa Deportivo defeated Asante Kotoko 1:2 to eliminate them from this season’s MTN FA Cup round of 64 at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
