Ghana Oil Company (GOIL) have extended their deal with Ghana Premier League heavyweight Hearts of Oak.
The deal has been extended for a year following a successful talks between the two parties.
The initial deal between the two parties ended in July last year and GOIL refused to renew the deal due to lack of competitive football then.
After talks between the two parties, the deal has been extended for one more year.
A statement from the Phobians reads, “Ghana Oil Company (GOIL), has renewed their sponsorship with Accra Hearts of Oak following successful talks between the two parties. The sponsorship starts from February 2020, and, it’s for a one-year renewable period.”
GOIL were giving Hearts of Oak a whopping GH¢40,000.00 in the initial deal and certain amount of fuel and seems like this time around there will be an increment.
GOIL have been sponsoring Hearts of Oak since 2016.
