Ghana Oil Company (GOIL) have renewed their sponsorship deal with Asante Kotoko.
The initial four-year deal between the two parties ended in July last year and GOIL refused to extend the deal due to lack of competitive football then.
But Kotoko have announced that, the deal has finally been renewed with details yet to be made public.
A statement from Kotoko reads, “We have just renewed our sponsorship deal with the country’s biggest oil marketing company, Goil. Details coming up soon.”
Initially, GOIL were paying GH¢40,000.00 for Kotoko with certain amount of fuel in the earlier deal but it seems like the new deal will have an increase.
GOIL have been sponsoring Kotoko since 2016.
