Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has revealed he hasn’t invested in Ghana Football because Ghanaians didn’t vote for the candidate he backed during the elections.
According to the business mogul, his candidate George Afriyie didn’t win the election that’s why he has turned a blind eye to his earlier promise to invest in football.

George Afriyie came second in the race for the GFA Presidency seat to Kurt Okraku.
The owner of Net 2 TV who has set out an agenda against “fake pastors” added that George Afriyie is his friend and someone he can think together with.
“He (George Afriyie) is my friend and I would have come on board to support him but he didn’t win the elections so I won’t support it(association).”

“You didn’t vote for the person whom I can reason with about some of the challenges confronting Ghana football so why should I waste my money to come and support you?
