Aduana Stars head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has said referee Bashiru Dauda denied his outfit a perfect goal against Liberty Professionals on Wednesday.

During the dying embers of the game, Aduana Stars talisman Bright Adjei headed a corner in the 90th minute which appeared to have crossed the line after hitting the upright before it was later collected by the host goalkeeper, Kofi Baah.[ads3]
Speaking to reporters after the game, coach Paa Kwesi Fabin said the ball was a clear goal but the referee strangely failed to allow it.
“Well, I must say It was an average performance. But getting to the end we found our rhythm. Then we got a perfect goal but strangely the referee didn’t whistle for it. I am shocked,” Fabin said.[ads4]
“We did our best. We scored a perfect goal which the ball hit the net before it came out. The referee was right on the spot and he was looking at the linesman, amazing.”
Aduana Stars will host WAFA SC in week 13 of the Ghana Premier League at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa on Sunday.[ads5]
