Aduana Stars narrowly defeated Asante Kotoko 1:0 in week eleven of the ongoing Ghana Premier League at the Nana Agyeman Badu II Park in Dormaa on Wednesday.
With all the hullabaloos before and during the cracker, Samuel Bioh last minute strike ensured the home team annexed all three points against Kotoko.
Prior to the match, Kotoko were the better away side in the league this season and were hoping to secure their first three points in Dormaa Ahenkro yesterday.
The efforts from coach Maxwell Konadu’ side proved futile as Aduana Stars continued their unbeaten run at the fortress Nana Agyeman Badu II Park.
All eyes were on in-form goal poacher Yahaya Mohammed to do the magic for Aduana Stars but a certain Samuel Bioh’s strike separated the two sides in the dying embers of the game.
Though the two clubs unprofessionally started the game with ten players each due to an unpardonable reasons, the two sides displayed a tantalizing performances.
