Elmina Sharks striker Bernard Boateng netted his seventh league goal for the team when they defeated regional rivals Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday.
The in-form goal poacher scored the only goal for the Elmina based side to pip Dwarfs by a goal to nil in week eleven of the ongoing Premier League
The victory has pushed Elmina Sharks to sit fifth on the league log with seventeen points after eleven matches.
Boateng has now increased his goal tally in the league to seven for Elmina Sharks after eleven matches this season, placing fifth on the topscorers chart.
He has the same number of goals with Prince Kwabena Adu of Bechem United who sit fourth on the scorers chart.
