Multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician, KiDi received a presidential reception when he landed in Gambia on Thursday, October 27 for his musical concert.[ads2]
The ‘Touch It’ hit-maker was swamped by energetic citizens who spotted his convoy trailing the streets of Serekunda.
In a video trending on social media, students were not left out of the jubilation as pupils could be seen chanting the name of the reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards artiste of the year and running after his convoy.
A charged fan in the video could also be heard telling KiDi how the youth and the aged in the West African country love his music.
The lynx entertainment signee would be shutting down Qcity leisure theatre on Saturday with a massive concert.[ads3]
Meanwhile, reports have it that KiDi has sold 50,000 tickets in just three days ahead of his concert in the country.
