The Black Queens of Ghana and Sporting Club de Huelva midfielder Ernestina Abambila has joined the campaign to fight the deadly Coronavirus disease.

The 21-year old midfield dynamo has joined the list of celebrated football personalities campaigning against the pandemic.
Since it outbreak in China’s Wuhan Province, the Coronavirus disease has now been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), killing thousands of people across the globe.
Currently, Ghana has recorded twenty-four cases with one death who happens to be a Lebanese spare parts dealer residing in Kumasi.

Already, the government of Ghana has closed down all borders (sea,land &air) to human traffic for the next two weeks as well as suspension of social gatherings like conferences, churches, Islamic worships, schools among others until further notice.
The Ghana Health Ministry has also indicated that they are tracing over 575 contacts and therefore Ghanaians must adhere to the precautionary measures to avoid the spread of the disease.

With the rate of infected persons increasing each and everyday, the former Black Princesses attacking midfielder has joined the campaign to educate Ghanaians on the need to adhere to all the precautionary measures such as washing the hands with soap and running water frequently, using alcohol based hand rub among others.
