English Premier League outfit Arsenal FC have announced the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey.
The 27-year old midfielder has joined Arsenal on a four-year deal from Spanish laliga side Atletico Madrid on the transfer deadline day.

Arsenal have signed the deputy Black Stars skipper from Atletico Madrid after triggering his €45million release clause.
The London-based club after successfully completing the signing of the utility midfielder have took to their social media pages to announce his signing.

Thomas Partey became a core figure of the Atletico Madrid squad from 2015 after successful loan deals at Real Mallorca and Almeria in Spain.

He played five years for Atletico Madrid, capping 132 matches with 12 goals to his credit.
Partey was an important figure for Atletico Madrid during their last season CAF Champions League campaign where he started attracting the attention of many big European clubs including Manchester United and Juventus.

At the national team level, Thomas Partey has capped 27 times for Ghana since making his debut in 2016. He has scored ten goals for Ghana.
