Vice President, Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia has donated a 39-seater bus to King Faisal Football Club.
This comes after the management of the Ghana Premier League side visited the vice president a week ago at his office to plead for a new bus.[ads2]
King Faisal Football Club have been without a bus after their 32-seatre tata bus donated to the team by ex-Bayern Munich and Black Stars defender Samuel Osei Kuffour broke down before the commencement of the league season.
The management have been lamenting since their bus broke down and have been calling on individuals and organizations in the country to come to their aide.[ads3]
The new bus from the Vice President comes as a huge boost for King Faisal as transportation to league venues was a gargantuan burden on the management of the club.[ads4]
Kyfilla.com understands, the new bus was bought by the Vice President and will be officially handed over to King Faisal very soon when all documents are completed.
Meanwhile, King Faisal lost their Ghana Premier League opener against WAFA SC at Sogakope but will be hoping to defeat Aduana Stars in week two of the ongoing league season.[ads5]
