Ghanaian rapper, Tulenkey has expressed huge disappointment after he was snubbed from the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) nominees lists.[ads2]
The ‘Child Abuse’ composer was nowhere in the nominees lists when Charterhouse announced the nominees for this year’s edition of the awards on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
And Tulenkey who believes he has done enough in the year under review to earn a nomination, has said he is never appreciated by the board of the awards hence why he couldn’t get a single nomination especially the best rap performance category.[ads3]
“I’ve been dropping the hardest rap joints ever since I touched down. Last year was Point Of View, the year before was Undertaker, before that Child Abuse, Forever ‘96 and not even a single nomination for Best Rap Performance? I guess somethings are never appreciated,” he tweeted.
