Yusif Chibsah, the representative of Strike in Ghana has said his outfit have not received any letter from Asante Kotoko terminating their three-year sponsorship deal.
Strike entered a three-year deal with Asante Kotoko in November, 2018 as the kits providers of the Ghana Premier League side.

But with barely a year left for the contract to expire, Asante Kotoko have announced the termination of the deal.
Speaking on Wontumi Radio/TV, Yusif Chibsah has stated that Asante Kotoko didn’t communicate to them before terminating the deal.

“They [Kotoko] have not communicated to us about terminating the deal, we saw it in the news but they have not told us anything. We had a mandate till next year, so we will also meet and discuss about the way forward”, Chibsah said.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko in their statement said the agreement was between the club and Club Consult Africa and there was nothing like Strike stipulated in the deal signed by the previous Kotoko management.
