Asante Kotoko wantaway striker Songne Yacouba has reportedly agreed personal terms with Ashgold Sporting Club, Kyfilla.com has learnt.
The 28-year old attacker has been sidelined by Kotoko in their Premier League matches following his refusal to reduce his $150,000 demands before renewing his contract.

Per reports, the Burkinabe import held a meeting with the bankroller of Ashgold Sporting Club Dr. Kwaku Frimpong over the weekend for a possible transfer to the Obuasi based club.
It is believed that, in the meeting, Songne Yacouba reached an agreement with the Ashgold Sporting Club boss who is poised to secure the services of the prolific attacker.

Due to the absence of Shafiu Mumuni and Mark Agyekum, Ashgold have been struggling upfront and landing the signature of Songne Yacouba will be a great addition.
Ashgold suffered their biggest defeat (6:1) in the Premier League to WAFA SC at Sogakope last Sunday.
