Asante Kotoko agile goal poacher Songne Yacouba has reportedly agreed on a new deal to stay at the club.

According to media reports, Songne Yacouba has agreed on a new deal worth $60,000 with Kotoko management last week as his current deal expire in April this year.
The 28-year old Burkina Faso international initially was demanding $150,000 which saw him sidelined for seven matches despite engaging in active training.
He returned to action for the club on last Sunday when they travelled to the Akoon Park in Tarkwa to beat Karela United 0:1.

The former Stade Malian forward is expected to renew his stay with the club for two more years in the coming days after agreeing on a new deal.
He became the apple in the eyes of Kotoko supporters during the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup where he scored two goals with five assists.
