RC Lens midfielder, Salis Abdul Samed has reportedly been named in Ghana’s final squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar which start later this month.[ads2]
The 22-year old has been included in Ghana’s final squad for the mundial in the Asian country following his extraordinary form in the French ligue I this season.
Salis has been a core figure for Lens this season, playing in all fourteen matches where his team currently sit second on the league table.[ads3]
It is believed that coach Otto Addo has huge faith in Salis hence including him in the final squad for the tournament.
Meanwhile, the final 26 players are expected to arrive in Abu Dhabi on November 14 for Ghana’s final preparations where the team will play Switzerland in a friendly on November 17 before heading to Qatar.
Ghana is in group H of the World Cup alongside Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea.[ads4]
