Ghanaian midfielder, Salim Adams has joined the FC Cincinnati 2 for a preseason in Clearwater, a city in Florida in the United States.
The 20-year old flown out of Ghana two weeks ago to start his career with FC Cincinnati 2.
The loan deal was announced by the MLS outfit in May last year after successful negotiations with Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak.
Adams couldn’t travel to the United States due to a delay in work authorisation and other paperworks.
The talented midfielder’s move forms part of the relationships forged between FC Cincinnati, TSG Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, and Hearts of Oak.
When the deal was announced, Tyrone Marshall, Head Coach of FC Cincinnati 2 said. “I’m excited to welcome Salim to FC Cincinnati.
“He’s a promising midfielder who will be an excellent addition to our group and our style of play at the club.”
