Heartbreaking news reaching the office of Kyfilla.com indicates that, New Edubiase midfielder Yakubu Issah Abdullah Malik has been pronounced dead.

According to Stephen Manu who is the skipper for New Edubiase, the talented midfielder passed away on Friday afternoon at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.
Malik Yakubu popularly called by his fellow teammates as Maestro was knocked down by a motorbike around 6:00AM on Friday morning whiles going out for joggling.
He was rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
