Asante Kotoko sensational midfielder Mudasiru Salifu is reportedly sidelined for six weeks.

The midfield dynamo sustained an injury against Hearts of Oak in Accra on last Sunday.
Salifu picked up an injury when Kotoko faced bitterest rival Hearts of Oak last Sunday and was replaced in the 28th minute by Collins Ameyaw.

According to reports, the midfielder has been ruled out for six solid weeks duo to the extent of the injury.
Though Kotoko have not officially reported the extent of his injury, reports suggest that, he will be out of action for six weeks.

Salifu has already took his scan alongside teammate Kwame Adom Frimpong and are currently on rehabilitation period.
Kyfilla.com understands, Mudasiru Salifu will not be available for selection in Kotoko clash with Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium this weekend.
