The Spokesperson of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Mr. Charles Amofa has debunked reports of selling the naming right of the Accra Sports Stadium.
Reports were rife in the local media that, the NSA has decided to sell the naming rights of the Accra Sports Stadium for three million dollars.
But Mr. Amofa has debunked the reports, indicating that such decision has not landed on the table of the National Sports Authority.

“There’s no truth that the NSA is selling the naming rights of the Accra Sports Stadium. It has not even come to our table.
“It is not our decision to sell the naming rights of the stadium because it’s a government property, so we even have to consult the Youth and Sports Ministry and even further”, Mr. Amofa told Fox FM.
