The United Kingdom police spotted woman walking around with a white man with a rope tied around his neck claiming the white man is her pet.
According to sources, the Nigerian woman applied magic or “juju” on the white man before the white man could follow her orders like every obedient dog.
United Kingdom police are investigating the woman on how and why she did that.
